we fled the falling autumn leaves this easter, escaping to stay with family on the coast of nsw, where the breeze still felt slightly warm against my skin, and the ominous sense of winter wasn't looming over our heads in the form of red and orange clustered branches.
most of the weekend was spent flicking through stacks of old photographs, which is a grand way to spend ones time in my opinion, and gathering the treasures left behind by my grandparents along the way...
i just love old photographs...

i did the same thing when i went back to cape town to see my grandparents. they have the most amazing photographs from their youths and i am so glad they kept all of them!
